deposit of 75 week, is required at the time of the booking. This deposit
is not an additional cost and is therefore deductable from the total cost.
The remainder of the accommodation price must be paid within the first
day.

You will be held responsible for bank charges. In the event that the
bank charges us a commission, we will include
this cost in your total fee.

General
On formalising enrolment accommodation you accept the General and Payment
Conditions and Payment method, as well as the norms, rules and guarantees
of Homestay BCN.
Homestay BCN accepts no responsibility
whatsoever for guest actions.
The company assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft or injuries
during the clients stay with the company other than that required by
Spanish law.
The client is fully responsible for adequate travel documents and travel
insurance.
Accommodation
All accommodation is per person and week
All accommodation is arranged from the Saturday-Sunday. Extra nights can
be arranged.
Water and electricity costs are included in the fees.
Cancellations
Where a cancellation is received 4 weeks or more, the clients will
receive a 50% refund of the tuition deposit paid.
For cancellations received with less than 4 weeks or more notice
in advance, the deposit is
non-refundable.
Homestay BCN cannot be held responsible for
cancellations due to health or personal issues.

Insurance
We advise all EU citizens to bring the E111 document with them. This
document, together with the medical receipt, will allow you to reclaim the
cost of any medical treatment undergone when you return to your country of
origin.
Students are not covered for any illnesses, accidents or loss of
personal property (in the accommodation). Homestay BCN
recommends that the clients obtain their own insurance policy and medical
insurance policies.
Visa for Spain
Citizens of EU countries do not need a Visa to enter Spain.
Guests coming from
non-EU countries
should obtain
information regarding
the requirements for obtaining a visa at
their nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate. |
